We hope that you love all your purchases from Honeysuckle Rose. However, we understand that you may need to return a purchase.

All purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY up to 14 days of receiving your order. After this time frame, your item is not eligible for return.​

Returns and exchanges are at the customers expense. To Return your items please ship them back to 13008 fm 121, Van Alstyne, TX 75495. We do not accept returns through usps and packages will not be valid for a return or exchange. 

In your return please package your item neatly and include your packing slip. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has your information and order number on it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. ​

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. ​The tag must remain on the product for the item to eligible for exchange or return.

Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. ​

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at cathy.bell@honeysucklerose.com and forward photos of any damage.

Items purchased during a sale, with a discount code, or marked down are FINAL SALE. ​

All sezzle orders are FINAL SALE. Honeysuckle Rose pays a service fee on all sezzle orders, making them all FINAL SALE. All Layaway Purchases are FINAL SALE.

 No Returns or Exchanges on the following items: Accessories, swimwear, bralettes, ENewton, Candles, Willow Hill Soap Company, Gourmet Snacks, Teleties, Tyler Candle Company, Hats, custom hats, Juan Antonio, and sezzle orders.

​In the case of a returned item that is past the 14 day return period or is not eligible for return are void and will not receive store credit, refund, or exchange.

Exchanges: All exchanges are accepted up to 14 days of delivery on regular priced items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please note on your packing slip what size you are wanting to exchange. If we do not have the item in stock, we will issue a store credit.

Shipping: Honeysuckle Rose is not responsible for any lost, tampered, or damaged packages. Any damaged packages will be refused at delivery.

After an order has been placed we are unable to modify or cancel the order. No exceptions.

We do not ship to Van Alstyne, Texas or Celina, TX. In Store Pickup is available at both locations.
